Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.

You may also use the electronic withdrawal function provided on fivelegfox.com. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you that are subject to the withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction and you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that FiveLegFox begin providing the paid service before the end of the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
