These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of FiveLegFox and its related services provided by FiveLegFox UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany.
FiveLegFox provides browser-based software for creating, editing, managing and exporting 3D models through conversational interaction.
By creating an account or using FiveLegFox, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You need an account to use FiveLegFox.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through your account.
You may not use FiveLegFox for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the service, or access systems or data for which you do not have permission.
FiveLegFox may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
FiveLegFox may offer a free trial with starting credit.
No credit card is required to start the free trial.
The included credit may be used to test the available FiveLegFox functions and is not redeemable for cash.
The scope and amount of free trial credit may change over time.
Using the free trial does not automatically create a paid subscription.
If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid contract concluded online within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform FiveLegFox of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the electronic withdrawal function provided on fivelegfox.com or the contact details provided in the withdrawal instructions.
If you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
Your statutory withdrawal rights are not affected by the cancellation or refund provisions in these Terms.
Detailed Withdrawal Instructions (Widerrufsbelehrung) and a Model Withdrawal Form (Muster-Widerrufsformular) are provided separately.
FiveLegFox offers a paid subscription for €20 per month, including VAT.
The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The subscription includes the credit allowance shown in the current pricing.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available in FiveLegFox.
Users with an active subscription may purchase additional €100 credit packs, including VAT.
Separately agreed services or access to higher-cost models may be charged additionally.
FiveLegFox may change subscription prices in the future. Any price change will be communicated before it applies to an existing subscription.
FiveLegFox uses credits for certain model and AI-based operations.
An active subscription includes access to the service and may include credits as specified in the current pricing.
Users with an active subscription may purchase additional €100 credit packs.
Credits are deducted according to the resources used by the requested operation. Different functions or models may consume different amounts of credit.
Purchased credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless applicable law requires a longer validity period. Any mandatory statutory rights or limitation periods remain unaffected.
Access to higher-cost models or special services may be subject to separate pricing or agreement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, any remaining purchased credit is frozen and cannot be used while the subscription is inactive.
If you subscribe again, any remaining valid credit becomes available again.
Purchased credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless applicable law requires a longer validity period. Any mandatory statutory rights or limitation periods remain unaffected.
A credit pack may be refunded in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Once any part of a credit pack has been used, FiveLegFox does not provide a voluntary refund for the remaining credit.
This does not affect any statutory withdrawal, refund or consumer rights.
Project files are retained for 7 days after the subscription ends, after which they may be deleted.
You retain ownership of the models, project files and other content you create or upload to FiveLegFox.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FiveLegFox does not claim ownership of your generated project content.
You grant FiveLegFox only the rights necessary to store, process and display your content in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or use does not infringe the rights of third parties.
FiveLegFox retains all rights to its software, platform, technology, interfaces and underlying systems.
You may use FiveLegFox only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties; upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the service; gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data; interfere with or overload the service; or use FiveLegFox to create or distribute unlawful content.
You are responsible for the content you upload, create and share through the service.
FiveLegFox may restrict or suspend access where these rules are violated.
FiveLegFox is currently provided as beta software and may contain errors, omissions or unexpected results.
Generated models, dimensions, properties and other outputs should always be reviewed before being relied upon for design, construction, manufacturing or other professional purposes.
FiveLegFox does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every function will operate without errors.
The service and its features may be changed, improved or temporarily unavailable during development.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
You may stop using FiveLegFox at any time and may cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.
FiveLegFox may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially violated, where required by law, or where continued use creates a security or operational risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
For business users, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of FiveLegFox UG (haftungsbeschränkt), where legally permitted. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply to consumers.
